Two New Arrivals at Balfour + Manson

January has seen the arrival of two new solicitors at Balfour + Manson’s Edinburgh office.
Euan Smith joins the Employment Team while Jamie Marwick joins the firm’s Private Client Team.
Euan joins after spending over three years with an Edinburgh firm as a trainee and then an Employment solicitor.
Euan advises on all matters of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. In addition, he has given employment law presentations to clients in both the higher education and not-for-profit sectors and will continue to do this at Balfour + Manson via its seminar programme. As well as dealing with a wide range of employment law issues, Euan has a particular interest in niche areas including immigration and sports law.
Jamie joins us from the same Edinburgh firm where he did his traineeship before qualifying in 2009.
He will deal with a wide range of Private Client work including wills, trusts, executries, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney and guardianships.
