New Commercial Partner at B+M

Leading Scottish litigation firm Balfour + Manson LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Ross as a Partner in its Commercial Team.
Ken joins the firm on 1 March 2010, having previously been a Partner and Managing Partner at Burness LLP. Ken has wide ranging experience in commercial development deals, inward investment transactions, PFI/PPP, and infrastructure projects. He has advised clients on major developments such as the Royal Bank of Scotland World Headquarters at Gogarburn, Edinburgh, and has acted for the contractors on the only waste management PFIs to have been completed in Scotland. He has acted for significant inward investors to Scotland within the industrial, electronics, media and services sectors. He has dealt with the Scottish aspects of privatisation work in the transport, defence and energy sectors. He has been ranked in Commercial Property, Environmental, Education, and Health sectors by Chambers, Legal 500 and Legal Experts.
