Alastair Milne
Alastair graduated from Aberdeen University and gained his Diploma in Legal Practice from Dundee University. He qualified as a solicitor in 1986. Alastair worked in private practice in Dundee until 1990 when he moved to Edinburgh. Since 1992 he has specialised in child and family law and joined Balfour+Manson LLP’s successful Family Law Team at the start of 2009.
More informationIn recent times Alastair has undertaken work for the Law Society of Scotland as a Peer Reviewer of Civil Legal Aid Practitioners. He has also tutored in Family Law for the PCC Course run by the WS Society.
Alastair Milne joined Balfour+Manson LLP as an Associate having previously been a Partner at Erskine McAskill.
