Alison has been based in the firms Litigation team since she joined Balfour+Manson LLP in 2005.  During that time she has handled a wide range of civil cases for private individuals, companies and charities. Alison has also spent time seconded to the in-house legal teams of the Scottish Government and Standard Life.

Alison is experienced in a broad spectrum of areas ranging from contract disputes to professional negligence and academic appeal proceedings. She is also currently advising clients in the areas of landlord/tenant disputes, licensing appeals and debt recovery.
