Catriona Garcia

Catriona graduated from the University of Strathclyde LLB (Hons) in 1998 before completing the Diploma in Legal Practice in 1999. She began her traineeship with Balfour+Manson LLP in 1999, becoming an Assistant in 2001 and an Associate in 2005.

Catriona has special interests in professional negligence work, property and contract disputes and the Adults with Incapacity work (Guardianships). While she regularly appears in court, she is always keen to find alternative solutions, perhaps through mediation, for her clients. She combines a friendly and honest approach with thorough presentation.
