Louise Duffy
Louise has a background in accountancy, having graduated from Glasgow University with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree in 1998. She studied law at Strathclyde University, graduating with an LLB and then went on to complete the Diploma in Legal Practice at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law.
More informationLouise joined Balfour+Manson LLP as a trainee. She had a varied traineeship, but has been solely in the litigation team since qualifying in 2006. Louise was appointed Associate in 2009. Louise works on all aspects of personal injury law, mainly for pursuers. She has particular experience in road traffic accidents and employer's liability cases both in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Courts.
Louise is dual qualified in both Scots and English law and is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
