Jim McLean

Jim joined Balfour+Manson LLP as a consultant in Autumn 2011. He has a wide experience in commercial law, especially in intellectual property, competition, European Union matters, producing workable solutions to client needs.

More information

As a member of a number of Law Society of Scotland Committees and individually he has contributed to consultations on proposed changes to the law.

He also teaches procurement and state aid law to Edinburgh Law School LLM students.
