David qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 and joined the firm as a Partner in 2007. He is a member of the firm’s Management Board and is the firm’s Deputy Client Relations Partner. David has extensive experience of Litigation in the Scottish Courts and his major areas of practice include bankruptcy, corporate recovery and debt recovery matters, general commercial litigation and professional negligence claims. David is a registered insolvency practitioner and is ranked as an individual in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession 2012 within Professional Negligence. He is also a Writer to the Signet and Notary Public. |
