Fiona Muirs

Fiona is also qualified as a Solicitor Advocate, which gives her extended rights of audience to appear in the Court of Session and the United Kingdom Supreme Court.

She is an experienced litigator in a number of areas, including administrative law and judicial review, disciplinary and regulatory proceedings, commercial litigation, personal injury and clinical negligence.

Fiona is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is accredited by them as a Senior Litigator. She is also a member of the Association of Regulatory & Disciplinary Lawyers and the Society of Solicitor Advocates.

Fiona is the firm’s Client Relations Partner.
