
Fiona graduated LLB (Hons) from the University of Glasgow in 1996 before obtaining her Diploma in Legal Practice in 1997. She went on to train at Balfour + Manson, qualifying as a solicitor in 1998. Fiona has worked at Balfour + Manson since then and was assumed as a Partner in 2005.
More informationFiona is also qualified as a Solicitor Advocate, which gives her extended rights of audience to appear in the Court of Session and the United Kingdom Supreme Court.
She is an experienced litigator in a number of areas, including administrative law and judicial review, disciplinary and regulatory proceedings, commercial litigation, personal injury and clinical negligence.
Fiona is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is accredited by them as a Senior Litigator. She is also a member of the Association of Regulatory & Disciplinary Lawyers and the Society of Solicitor Advocates.
Fiona is the firm’s Client Relations Partner.
