Ken has wide ranging experience in commercial development deals, inward investment transactions, PFI/PPP, and infrastructure projects. He has advised clients on major developments such as the Royal Bank of Scotland World Headquarters at Gogarburn, Edinburgh, and has acted for the contractors on the only waste management PFIs to have been completed in Scotland.

Ken joined the firm on 1 March 2010 as a Partner within the firm's Commercial and Corporate Team.

He has acted for significant inward investors to Scotland within the industrial, electronics, media and services sectors. He has dealt with the Scottish aspects of privatisation work in the transport, defence and energy sectors.

Ken has been ranked in Commercial Property, Environmental, Education, Projects/Energy and Health sectors by Chambers, Legal 500 and Legal Experts.
