Peter Wilson
Peter joined Balfour+Manson in 2004 and is a partner in Commercial Property. He deals with a wide range of commercial property issues including the acquisition/lease of commercial premises, acquisition and sale of family and managed businesses, site acquisition, assembly and disposal, licensing and other commercial property related matters.
More informationSince 2008 Peter has been part of the Balfour + Manson charities and not-for-profit team advising various charity and not-for-profit clients on premises acquisition and lease, merger projects and all property related matters. He also advises Kingdom Housing Association on all property and other related matters including the provision of low cost housing and the various schemes to deliver this.
