Morag McCracken

Morag had a varied traineeship within the litigation department, regularly appearing in Edinburgh Sheriff Court and gaining experience in both Sheriff Court and Court of Session actions.

Morag recently took part in the 2012 Young Scotland Programme and was awarded the title of 'Young Scotland Thinker of the Year 2012' and more on this can be read here:

Prior to undertaking her Diploma in Legal Studies at the University of Edinburgh, Morag worked as a legal assistant to the Director of the Judicial Studies Committee for two years. During her Diploma studies she worked for the University of Edinburgh tutoring first year students in Legal Reasoning and Legal Systems.

Morag spent the third year of her undergraduate degree as an Erasmus exchange student at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands.
