
Malcolm is a partner based in the Balfour + Manson Aberdeen office and handles a variety of pursuer/claimant personal injury cases.
Malcolm qualified as a solicitor in 2001. He initially worked for a practice which advised drilling companies and insurers after oil rig or maritime accidents. After joining Balfour + Manson in 2004 he has continued to focus on offshore health and safety and has assisted numerous individuals with claims following accidents offshore. Malcolm also deals with investigation and claims following road traffic accidents, construction site accidents and other accidents at work.
In 2009 Malcolm qualified as a Solicitor Advocate with extended rights of audience in the Court of Session and the United Kingdom Supreme Court.
Malcolm is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). He is also a tutor for the University of Aberdeen's Diploma in Legal Practice dealing with Civil Court Procedures.
