Balfour+Manson welcome another two new solicitors, Stephanie Zak and Scott McCulloch to their Edinburgh and Aberdeen Commercial Law and Litigation teams respectively. Ms Zak joins the Edinburgh office, having previously worked in private practice and in-house with Lloyds, Clydesdale and Tesco Bank, where she gained substantial experience in commercial property work in leasing, acquisitions, disposals and development as well as banking, funds and consumer regulation.
Mr McCulloch joins the firm’s Aberdeen office working alongside Partner Julie Clark-Spence on a varied caseload of personal injury and medical negligence matters particularly those related to oil and gas industry, where the team have extensive expertise.
