About Beth

I qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and knew from the beginning of my legal career that I wanted to specialise in personal injury litigation. For six years I worked as an Assistant Solicitor for a personal injury law firm, during which time I honed my skills as a Sheriff court practitioner and gained extensive experience in Court of Session litigation.

In 2012, having spent all of my career in Scotland, I embarked upon a two year adventure to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where I worked as an in-house legal Counsel for a multinational healthcare company. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the Middle East and have benefitted hugely from working in a highly commercial, international environment.

At the beginning of 2015 Scotland, and litigation beckoned, and I am delighted to be able to return to my area of expertise by joining Balfour+Manson’s litigation team in Aberdeen.

I understand how difficult it is for client’s who have been injured through no fault of their own and I have always been motivated to ensure that a client’s journey through the claim process is worthwhile and as straightforward as possible.

Thank you for the friendly meeting and helpful advice that has allowed me to make a well informed decision with peace of mind!
