David Flint

Litigation (Personal / Business)

About David

I qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and practised in city centre firms, ultimately becoming senior partner in a well respected Edinburgh practice. New challenges beckoned and I accepted the invitation in 2007 to join Balfour+Manson as a partner in our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.

I am the firm’s Client Relations Partner and Risk Management Contact. I previously served as a member of the firm’s Management Board.

I am also one of the firm’s training partners looking after the welfare and professional development of our trainee solicitors, playing a key role in their selection and recruitment.

David Flint is an experienced litigator with an impressive track record of cases under his belt, especially those involving legal professionals.
