About David

I have been a partner at Balfour+Manson for 14 years having gained earlier experience at 2 other Edinburgh firms. I have an established reputation for pursuing high value personal injury and medical negligence claims and do a lot of work for the teachers union, the EIS with thousands of members across Scotland.

I also undertake commercial litigation for a number of clients and act for one of Scotland’s leading independent Jewellers. I recently won an appeal to the Supreme Court for a client as a result of a claim under a Schedule of Dilapidations.
