I started my career in 1979, working for the Clydesdale Bank in branches and finally in their Trustee department.
Thereafter, I went onto work for the Legal Office of the NHS where I was given the opportunity to study management with the Open University.
I wanted to return to Private Client work and left the NHS in 2006, to take up a position with an Edinburgh legal firm as an Executry assistant.
I joined Balfour+Manson in November 2012 as Executry Manager, having gained experience in this field both in private practice and working for the Bank of Scotland. My main duties are to manage the Executry team and offer guidance and support to staff whilst undertaking my own caseload.
