I have 10 years of experience in medical negligence and personal injury claims, in addition to regulatory work, judicial review and fatal accident inquiries. I have worked for both pursuers and defenders, which has provided me with invaluable insight in an often complex but rewarding area of law. I am passionate about doing the best that I can for my clients.
I was also fortunate to work for a year in the Lord President’s Private office during a period of legal reform, which furthered my knowledge and understanding of the workings of the Court of Session and sheriff court, including the All Scotland Personal Injury Court.
I have experience in the area of medical negligence, having pursued a number of high value claims in the Court of Session, including catastrophic brain injury, birth trauma and amputation. I have been ranked in Chambers as an Associate to watch two years’ running.
I also represent clients who have been involved in accidents, including those in the workplace and road traffic accidents.
With a personable approach, I aim to resolve claims or potential claims as efficiently as possible.
