I joined Balfour+Manson in May 2019 as an Associate in the Litigation team. Since graduating from Aberdeen University for my undergraduate studies and later Edinburgh University in 2011, I have been making a career specialising in litigation. Since qualifying I have acted for client’s in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session with a brief secondment in-house to Lloyds Banking Group working in their debt recovery team.
My day to day practice is focused on personal injury cases including but not limited to accidents at work, road traffic cases, public liability and accidents abroad.
I have a portion of my work load including industrial disease cases and medical negligence cases.
My previous employment and experience has allowed me to take a keen interest in the role of technology in the legal market and how we can reduce our impact on the environment.
The best thing about my job is being able to help clients when they need it most. They are often injured, struggling financially and in the need of answers. I take great pride in acting for clients in an efficient manner and listening to their concerns throughout a case. My aim is to provide an empathetic and personal service which keeps you informed.
When I’m not at work you will find me with my young family or attempting some golf!
