I am a Partner in the commercial team. I am a down to earth property lawyer with a proven track record of high level real estate experience across all sectors. I can see a deal from all angles and I can bring my breadth and depth of experience to benefit clients and achieve the best results.
I have worked at senior level within national and international law firms and provided legal consultancy advice including in-house public sector. I have specialised in commercial property since 2000 and have robust experience in all the main sectors and have acted for a very wide spectrum of clients on many deals. I have also provided wider contractual and commercial advice to public sector bodies. With my broad experience I am not phased by any new instruction and I can always bring something to the table to offer insight or value.
I can use all of my experience to achieve the results you are looking for and to guide you through the process from start to completion.Â
I am highly motivated and I thrive on variety. What is important to me in my job is delivering to get deals done and I enjoy working with clients on a more individual level to get to that goal. I can assist on any area of commercial property and work with you on how to deliver on your goals.
When I am not at work you will find me on the golf course, playing golf with my family or helping out with our club’s junior section. I enjoy fitting in a weekend cycle or run too.
