Welfare Test 2

Fiona our client welfare manager was able to assist in this transition. We ensured the client retained personal items and that the client’s disabled adult daughter was kept informed of what we were doing.

We arranged appropriate visits and support for her. We also kept other family members informed, including those not living locally.

Ongoing work also included confirmation of end of life wishes that have now been appropriately recorded.

In effect a full holistic service was possible despite the fact that no welfare attorney had been appointed. This was achievable due to our unique client welfare service.
