Acting on your behalf to get results

We acted on behalf of an individual whose medical information was disclosed to colleagues without permission.

The resultant dispute culminated in a complex discrimination complaint to the Employment Tribunal based on breaches of the Equality Act 2010.

Both parties were entrenched in their respective positions but agreed to participate in a course of judicial mediation. The mediation was ultimately successful with our client receiving substantial compensation.

Fixed fee or hourly rate we are happy to discuss what suits you best. We do one hour initial face to face meetings for a restricted rate of £125 + VAT.
