Balfour+Manson attending meeting tomorrow in Bonnybridge to discuss black whisky fungus

Balfour+Manson have been instructed by residents to pursue a group claim for damages to properties as a result of “whisky fungus”.
There will be a meeting on Tuesday, 18th September 2012 at 6.30pm at Bonnybridge Primary School (situated at Wellpark Terrace) where David Short of Balfour+Manson will be advising what you should do if you have been affected and action that will be taken against the drinks companies involved.
Also in attendance at the meeting will be Bill McMurry, president of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys and Doug Morris, both U.S. Attorneys along with Neil Stockdale and Rhian Morgan, both Solicitors at Hugh James Environmental Lawyers.
