I started my legal career in 2001 and have more than 20 years’ experience being involved in various aspects of Private Client work. I joined Balfour+Manson in 2011 as a Paralegal in the Private Client department. My main area of work is executry administration.
I am responsible for administering estates from start to finish to include the investigation and ingathering of estate information, preparation of HMRC and Court forms, dealing with HMRC in relation to Inheritance Tax, assisting our Tax Department regarding income and capital gains tax in relation to estate administration, distribution of assets and preparing estate accounts.
The best thing about my job is being able to work with clients to guide them through the estate administration process at what can be a very challenging time.
When I’m not at work you will find me juggling life with a young family. I enjoy spending time outdoors and reading.
