Professional discipline + regulation for individuals
We are well known for our extensive experience of providing legal services and advice to individuals and regulatory bodies across a wide range of sectors, including legal, health care, social care, church, sport, finance and education.
How we can help you
We can act for you and advise on a wide range of matters, from the first notification of allegations against you by your regulatory or disciplinary body, though to representation at a hearing.
We can also advise and act for you in any related police interview and investigation and criminal proceedings.
We represent members of Scotland’s largest teaching Union, the EIS, as well as members of the British Airline Pilots’ Association.
Our Employment team can also provide you with advice and representation in connection with any internal disciplinary matters with your employer.
The team has an excellent understanding of the complexities of the Scottish law system, coupled with the ability to deal with multiple claimant cases involving sensitive issues.
