Partner
I am a member of the Litigation team, focusing on public and administrative law. I qualified in 2002 and joined Balfour+Manson in 2004. I was appointed an associate in 2009 and then Partner in 2017.
Although I operate from a busy practice, I also enjoy travel, languages and cultures, art and literature. I speak Croatian and Russian.
My main areas of expertise are judicial review, Convention/human rights law, appeals to superior courts, including to the UK Supreme Court. Over the years I have been managing and coordinating the work of legal teams dealing with complex and high profile cases, frequently in untested areas.
I also deal with cases of medical and professional negligence. Most recently, I have been developing expertise in environmental law.
