Adelle Walker
Senior Associate
I am a Senior Associate in the litigation department, specialising in personal injury claims. I have 12 years’ experience working in this area. I started my career working as a personal injury paralegal before accepting a traineeship with another personal injury firm. I joined Balfour+Manson in April 2019.
I have experience dealing with workplace accidents, road traffic accidents including cycling and motorcycle accidents and trips and slips. I have specialist experience dealing complex and high value work accidents. I deal with court actions in the Sheriff Court, Court of Session and the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court.
The best thing about working in the personal injury field is getting to meet new people, build relationships with them and see them through their recovery by being able to obtain them the damages to help them do so. I enjoy learning about clients’ professions and visiting workplaces that I would otherwise never see.
When I am not at work you will find me running about after my little boy, walking my two dogs or at a comedy show.
