Balfour+Manson has been reappointed by Fife Council under a contract for the Provision of Legal Services in Court of Session Work.
Balfour+Manson will provide legal services to Fife Council across all areas in litigation raised either by or against the Council in the Court of Session, including petitions for judicial review and planning appeals.
