Fred Tyler and David Short, both partners in the firm, acted for victims of the last two Glasgow Police helicopter crashes.  A Strathclyde Police helicopter operated by Clyde Helicopters crashed into a five storey building at Eastwood Toll in 1990, and in 2002 the Strathcylde Police Eurocopter EC135 crashed in a field in Muirkirk.  Both Fred and David have extensive experience over many years dealing with legal matters arising from helicopter crashes. The firm is currently involved in representing victims of the Super Puma accident  in August.
