Balfour+Manson ranked band 1 for 13th consecutive year for clinical negligence and personal injury in Chambers 2018

We are delighted to announce that for the 13th consecutive year we are ranked Band 1 in the Chambers UK Guide to the legal profession for Clinical Negligence (mainly claimant) and Personal Injury (mainly claimant) for 2018.  Our Chairman Elaine Motion has also moved up from Band 3 to Band 2 for Professional Discipline which is a fantastic achievement.

David Short has also been ranked as Senior Statesman for Personal Injury and Fred Tyler for Clinical Negligence.  Market commentators deem Fred Tyler to be an “extremely well-known name” for clinical negligence claims. Clients describe him as “very approachable, kind, understanding and gentlemanly” and appreciate his “very good advice.”
Ann Logan has been described in Chambers 2018 as “One of the best clinical negligence solicitors in Scotland”, where as David McIntosh is described as an “organised and capable” practitioner who “knows what he is doing” and “gets first-class results.”
