Andy Wightman, MSP and others v Advocate General

The Inner House of the Court of Session has unanimously ruled in favour of referring the question of the revocability of Article 50 to the Court of Justice of the European Union. Balfour+Manson acted for the petitioners.

The decision will also provide helpful guidance to the European Parliament and to the devolved governments of the UK.
