Balfour+Manson is delighted to announce that Neil Crockatt has joined the firm’s Property team as a Partner in Edinburgh.

Neil brings a wealth of conveyancing experience, having worked in the industry for over 30 years. He joins from Coulters, where he was Partner and Head of Legal. Neil has also previously held senior leadership roles as Head of Residential Property at Blackadders and at Your Conveyancer, building a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice across the residential property sector.

Neil’s appointment reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a strong and experienced residential property offering for clients across Scotland.
