Olivia Fawl

I graduated from Abertay University with a first-class LLB (Hons) in 2022. I then completed my Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Strathclyde University in 2023. I recently completed my traineeship at a firm in Edinburgh. During my traineeship I focused on private client work.

I joined Balfour+Manson in August 2025, as a newly qualified solicitor in the Private Client team. I advise clients on a range of private client matters from estate administration, wills, powers of attorney and tax planning.

The best thing about my job is bringing clients peace of mind that their affairs are in order should the worst happen, and being able to offer support to clients who are dealing with loss.
