Daniel Heaney

I attained my LLB degree from the University of Aberdeen in 2024 and recently completed the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice with distinction.

I commenced my traineeship with Balfour+Manson LLP in August 2025 and am currently sitting with the Commercial Dispute Resolution team.

So far, I have gained experience in the Sheriff Court, raising court actions, debt recovery and enforcement, property disputes, and claims against professionals.

When I am not at work, you will catch me on the golf course, enjoying time with friends, or catching up with family.
