Emma Ferrier

I joined the firm in April 2023 as a Legal Secretary, providing support to the Private Client and Property departments. In May 2025, I qualified as a Paralegal specialising in Residential Conveyancing under Scots law.

Since qualifying, I have assisted clients with a wide range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and the discharge of standard securities. I am committed to providing a professional, approachable service and supporting clients throughout every stage of the conveyancing process.

The best thing about my job is knowing I’ve helped make what can be a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable for my clients.

When I’m not at work I enjoy going on long walks and travelling.
