Marysia Summers

I joined the Balfour+Manson Executries Team in 2025 with over 8 years’ experience in Private Client work and obtained my paralegal qualification in Wills, Trusts and Executries in 2019.

I am responsible for the investigation of estates, ingathering of estate information, preparation of tax and court forms, liaising with HMRC in relation to Inheritance Tax, distribution of estate assets and preparing estate accounts. 

The best thing about my job is being able to help clients and guide them through the estate administration process at what can be a very challenging time.  

When I’m not at work you will find me spending time with family, catching up with friends, baking and walking my dog, Cooper
