About Sarah

I joined Balfour+Manson LLP in July 2012, as a senior solicitor within the Employment Law team and was promoted to Associate in 2014.

I have delivered training on Employment Law and regularly attend the Employment Law Group, the Scottish Discrimination Law Association and the Industrial Law Society Meetings in Scotland.

I hold the Advanced Diploma in Trial Advocacy and appear regularly on behalf of my clients in their employment tribunal. I have also been involved in appeals to the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Inner House of the Court of Session.

Specialist area

Since qualifying in 2007 I have specialised in Employment Litigation both in Employment tribunal and the Court of Session, advising on all aspects of Employment and Trade Union Law, including redundancy consultation, TUPE, collective bargaining and industrial relations, unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination law.
