Rebecca Clubb

Prior to joining Balfour+Manson, I worked as a Paralegal within the repossession conveyancing department for a well-established firm in Aberdeen. I began the journey to becoming an accredited paralegal in residential conveyancing in January 2023 when I started studying with CLT Scotland and the University of Strathclyde, later gaining my accreditation in May 2024.

I joined Balfour+Manson in April 2026, and became part of the lovely property team up in Aberdeen, consisting of Amy and Sue. I assist the team with transactions from start to finish, from the moment a client asks for a quote to settling their transaction, and often spend my days drafting dispositions and other documents for conveyancing matters.

The best thing about my job is the variety – no two days are the same in conveyancing. The people also make my job amazing, whether it’s meeting new clients or the lovely team we have here, they really are the best.

When I’m not at work you will find me either at Pittodrie supporting the Dons, socialising with my friends, or walking my sausage dog Archie.
