Who we are
We are a large team with a depth of experience in all areas of family law. In addition to traditional negotiation we are able to offer our mediation, collaborative law and arbitration. Where necessary we also have considerable experience of assisting clients in cases both in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. We have solicitors who are accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as specialists in both family law and mediation.
We act for clients throughout Scotland in relation to family law matters both on the creation and termination of relationships. We understand that every family is unique. We will listen to you carefully to make sure that the advice we give is tailored to you and your family’s needs.

Fixed-fee family consultation
We also understand that taking the more formal first step of contacting a solicitor is difficult. We know that choosing the right solicitor is so important, and we know that costs are also important.
For those reasons we offer an initial fixed fee package (a consultation to discuss your situation and advise on the best way forward, followed up with written advice) for £350 + VAT.
