Gordon Deane, Litigation Partner at Balfour+Manson is acting on behalf of John Glare, founder of the National Australia Bank Customer Support Group, who is challenging Clydesdale Bank in the Court of Session, claiming that he was mis-sold a 25 year fixed tailored business loan. 
Clydesdale Bank has admitted that the loan sold to Mr Glare breached their own internal standards, a significant U-turn by the bank.
