Leanne Aitken

I joined Balfour+Manson in January 2008 as a legal executive in David McIntosh’s Litigation team. Prior to this I spent 4 years in a similar role with a large personal injury law firm.

I specialise in personal injury, medical negligence and criminal injuries compensation authority claims.

In addition to pursuing my own caseload of personal injury, medical negligence and criminal injury clients, I provide support to David in his cases where required.

One of the most satisfying aspects of my job is supporting clients through the process of a personal injury claim and achieving good settlements for them, particularly when I know the process itself, in addition to their injury, has been difficult for the client. 

When I’m not at work you will find me at a swimming pool, dabbling in a new language or at a gig/music festival.
