We recently advised a nationwide franchise company in connection with a dispute involving the termination of a franchise agreement in Scotland.
This involved proceedings in the Commercial Court at the Court of Session.
The pursuers were able to obtain a number of Court Orders during the early stages of the litigation in order to recover property previously held by the franchisee.
