Our Commercial dispute resolution team has an exceptional breadth and depth of experience across the litigation field. Our work ranges from routine Sheriff Court actions, through to complex and high value cases in the Court of Session, the United Kingdom Supreme Court and cases before specialised tribunals and bodies, including arbitrations.
The team also has experience in using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes. We regularly represent clients in mediations.

Case study
We advised a nationwide franchise company in connection with a dispute involving the termination of a franchise agreement in Scotland.
This involved proceedings in the Commercial Court at the Court of Session.
The pursuers were able to obtain a number of Court Orders during the early stages of the litigation in order to recover property previously held by the franchisee.
